Where we ship
We ship across Canada — every province and territory. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally. US customers can shop at rickspicks.com.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@rickspickscanada.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Quality guarantee
If something doesn't taste right, let us know. We stand behind every jar.

Non-returnable items
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or items returned due to change of mind.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
