What does Phat Beets taste like?

Bold, earthy beet up front — then ginger warmth hits mid-palate, followed by a slow jalapeño kick. Tangy from the brine, slightly sweet from the beet. Complex, addictive, and nothing like the sad pickled beets you've had before.

How spicy is it?

Medium. The jalapeño is real and present, but it doesn't overpower the beet or ginger. Most people who say they don't like spicy end up finishing the jar.

What are the ingredients?

Beets, water, distilled white vinegar, sugar, jalapeño peppers, ginger, salt, spices. No artificial preservatives, no artificial colors.

Is Phat Beets gluten-free?

Yes. No gluten-containing ingredients.

Is it vegan?

Yes. Fully plant-based.

Is it Non-GMO?

Yes.

Storage

Do I need to refrigerate before opening?

No. Phat Beets is shelf stable before opening. Store in a cool, dry place.

How long does it last after opening?

Up to 6 weeks refrigerated. Keep the jar sealed and cold.

I've never liked beets. Should I try this?

Yes. We hear this constantly. The pickling process transforms the texture, and the ginger + jalapeño changes everything. Try one jar before you decide.
